Reach Out is a local charity that supports people between the ages of 16-25 who have issues with their own or another person’s substance misuse.
We do not offer drug treatment but work with other agencies to provide a complete service.
Our aim is to support our clients to manage their lives and reduce or stop their drug use at their own pace.
We work in the North Wiltshire towns of Chippenham and Calne
Services are offered by means of open access drop in centres
Clients do not have to be drug free to use our service and we do not ask for commitments that people are unable to make however drugs and alcohol cannot be brought onto the premises in which we work..
