Reach out is a community based project that supports young people up to the age of 25 who have issues with their own or another person's substance misuse.
We work in the North Wiltshire towns of Chippenham and Calne Services to young people are offered by means of open access drop in centres . We also work in partnership with Clouds Families Plus to support parents carers and significant others in the lives of people who misuse drugs and or alcohol. |
